My Story
Hi! My name is Tracy Nietvelt- Prentice. I own The Market Shoppe in Markdale, ON. In 2021, I was asked if I was interested in starting up a market at Rocklands Market. Rocklands Market is a stunning event venue nestled in the natural Beauty of Berkeley, ON. We opened The Market Shoppe at Rocklands Market for its first season in 2022. I have a deep love for markets because that is how my dad and I got the idea to open The Market Shoppe. My dad, Ron Gillespie, and I ran booths at multiple markets before setting down roots and opening The Market Shoppe. I am so excited to introduce people to the natural beauty of Berkeley and to build a community of vendors and visitors to the market! See you this Summer!
